With UK holidays set to become the new normal for more people, we have unveiled a refreshed luxury lodge with more than a dash of continental chic.
The Casa Di Lusso is a pampering paradise for those who want to enjoy a first-class holiday experience without ever stepping foot on an aeroplane. Soon to become an option to rent or buy on many British holiday parks, the architect-designed lodge provides spacious and elegant five-star surroundings.
The Casa Di Lusso’s striking appearance – including a split-level roof line – immediately sets it apart from conventional holiday homes, and the theme is continued once inside. Its generously-sized open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows provide a light and airy feel, complemented by whitewashed sawn timber panelling.
This home is also cosy and welcoming, thanks to the high quality contemporary soft furnishings which would put many a top hotel suite to shame. The spacious adjoining kitchen is fitted with all the latest appliances including an American fridge-freezer, and there’s an island breakfast bar where everyone can gather.
Just as splendid and unlikely to cramp anyone’s style is the lavish en-suite master bedroom, and the lodge’s main bathroom features a full-size bath as well as a shower. Up to four bedrooms can be specified in the Casa Di Lusso, including one guaranteed to get the thumbs-up from youngsters with its cabin-style bunk beds.
High levels of insulation and a super-efficient A-rated boiler mean the lodge can be used in comfort throughout the four-seasons while minimising energy bills.
Translating from the Italian as “house of luxury”, the Casa Di Lusso is the shape of holiday living in the future says our Founder Director, Silvano Geranio:
“Nobody should have to sacrifice home comforts when they go away on holiday,” said Silvano. “Now we have taken that premise to a whole new level by providing additional layers of luxury and comfort which put the Casa Di Lusso in a class of its own. As with all our products, it is hand-built using a combination of high-tech processes and traditional artisan skills which will ensure a long low-maintenance life. Early feedback from our holiday park customers has been absolutely amazing with fantastic praise given for the lodge’s stylish looks and high quality build. We suspect that many people in the future will prefer to stay in the UK for their holidays, and a lot of these will be looking for the type of memorable experiences they enjoyed abroad. The Casa Di Lusso will deliver on that and, we hope, exceed even the highest expectations of families,” said Silvano.
Prior to our online virtual launch we had positive feedback from
Park Owners on what they thought of the new revamp…
“The Casa Di Lusso, when first launched, was the first lodge to have a split level roof line which has inspired an industry so pleased to see the lodge being relaunched as timeless. My favourite part of the roof has always been the cabin beds as always creates a wow & a perfect holiday lodge for any family.”
Gary Malloy – Leisure Resorts
“Managing to merge high quality accommodation with a fun family feel, I think the new Casa Di Lusso from Prestige is an absolute winner. As well as the funky 3 bed kids bedroom I love the open plan family living, ideal for convivial family time. The vaulted ceilings throughout add further to the real sense of space. “
Phil Brierley – York House Leisure
“The Casa is a true classic. It epitomises a premium holiday lodge with open plan living, well appointed bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. As soon as you walk in to the lodge you instantly feel at ease and at home in the House of Luxury.”
Josh Donald – South West Holiday Parks
“Once again Prestige have outdone themselves with their new “magnifico” Casa De Lusso. Their magic has worked again, with their thoughts and words and deeds. Practical layout that just works, stunning stylish décor to wow you, Prestige build and quality to give you the comfort and confidence. Sumptuous, glorious luxury that will sit proudly on our Parks.”
Glenn Jones – Discover Parks
I was involved in the design of the very first Casa Di Lusso back in 2013, it was for the 2014 Ideal Home Show at Earls Court. We wanted the home to be the perfect family holiday lodge. I always say that a lodge should be a special place that evokes emotion, transports you somewhere luxurious. The ‘House of Luxury’ did exactly that and the layout was ahead of its time with an open plan design that took the focus away from the TV and encouraged family time. The cabin bed first featured in the Casa, went on to be a firm favourite in many future Prestige Homeseeker models. I love this Lodge I can also say that after selling countless models, it is up there as one of the best leisure lodges ever designed for the UK market.
Jim Gandon – Annesley Gandon
We have sold a number of the Prestige Casa Di Lusso’s on our resort. We can safely say it is met with a “take your breath away” reaction from all of our customers, from the moment they enter to the entire tour of the sumptuous interior. The owners of these marquee lodges say they get the same feeling, no matter how many times they walk through the door, which reaffirms to us that the Casa really is something rather special.
Mark Blackwell – Coneygarth Lakes & Lodges
I’ve always been able to rely on The Casa Di Lusso when needing a ‘wow factor’ lodge. Both externally with its off-pitch roof and internally with its stunning design and layout. My personal favourite being the amazing bunk bedroom, always a crowd pleaser! When looking for family luxury, you need to look no further than The Casa Di Lusso.
Ben Nolan Stone – EuroParcs
The Casa Di Lusso is a true luxury family lodge in every way. Externally the feature staggered pitch roof epitomises stylish design with the spacious Scandinavian interior oozing contemporary living. The bunk bedroom is the ideal bedroom that dreams are made of where children can feel safe and content allowing the parents to optimise their break away from it all.
