Important customer information from Prestige Homeseeker – 24th March 2020
Our absolute priority is to ensure the health, safety and welfare of everyone who works at Prestige Homeseeker; our colleagues, our customers and our supplier partners. We are following all advice from the Government and the UK’s health department to make sure we’re doing everything we can to prevent the spread and protect our staff. It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close all our manufacturing operations and showground as from tomorrow for 3 weeks.
Prestige Homeseeker is making every effort to ensure business continuity where possible. As a result, the following measures have been taken:
• If you have a home due for delivery in the near future you should have already received a call to discuss the arrangements for delivery and siting. If this is not the case then we will be in touch again as soon as we are able to restart our operations.
• Many of our team will be working remotely so feel free to email or call if you need to discuss any implications further, and of course to discuss new business. If for any reasons you are struggling to reach your usual contact please contact email@example.com and the team will be able to assist you.
I would ask that you be patient with our teams as they will do there very best to support you at these unimaginable times.
