Financial Controller (FTC 12-13 months)

We are seeking a Financial Controller for a fixed term period of 12-13 months. The successful candidate will provide financial expertise across all operational and commercial matters and will lead the financial accounting, reporting and control activities for Prestige Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be able to work under your own initiative with the ability to self-direct and remain focused on core business objectives. You will ensure that a robust financial control framework is in place, monitored and maintained. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the business and be able to support the Finance Director and operational teams to analyse and interpret the accounts, ensuring a full understanding of the financial impact of decisions. Managing a team of four, you will support the team to deliver financial administration tasks and implement checking mechanisms to ensure consistent and accurate records.

The successful candidate will be degree or accountancy qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have previous experience of financial accounting principles, financial administration and management, cost analysis and corporate tax. You will also have experience within a manufacturing environment, be self-motivated and solutions orientated, you will have a committed and positive approach to work and be able to represent the company positively, professionally and with credibility.

IT Technician

IT Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users across our business and provide desktop support. Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles, you will take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues and be able to establish good working relationships. You should have previous first line or helpdesk support experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems. Previous experience Active Directory administration, 0365 administration, network trouble shooting, Server 2012 administration and basic knowledge of ERP system functionality are all desirable. You must have good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills together with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation are essential. Willingness to travel as required to other company sites for the purpose of onsite support is required.
