Internal Finishing Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Internal Finishing Administrator based at Rushden, working 16 hours per week, 9.00 am -1.00 pm Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
• To produce sales orders for any materials required for the internal finishing teams
• To book work for the Internal Finishing teams, confirming and amending schedules as required
• Update the reporting spreadsheet on a monthly basis.
• Daily ad hoc duties, which will include:
– Logging snagging onto big change
– Escalate any urgent materials needed
– Checking for parts required
– Monitoring the despatch shortage report for any new homes despatched that may require shortages calling for
