We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users across our business and provide desktop support. Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles, you will take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues and be able to establish good working relationships. You should have previous first line or helpdesk support experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems. Previous experience Active Directory administration, 0365 administration, network trouble shooting, Server 2012 administration and basic knowledge of ERP system functionality are all desirable. You must have good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills together with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation are essential. Willingness to travel as required to other company sites for the purpose of onsite support is required.
