We caught up with Adrian Tribe, General Manager at Gull Rocks Beach, to see why they chose Prestige as their lodge supplier and what makes their lodges and location so special.
So, why did you choose Prestige?
Simply we were very impressed by the quality and work ethos and Prestige make the process very easy and hassle-free. The team understand us and we see our relationship more as a partnership. Their designers are second-to-none and understand our vision.

What’s the biggest selling point for your customers?
We are a family owned business that have been running for 60 years. I have been here for the last 28 years so our customers like the stability and the community feel here. This, coupled with the truly stunning beach at Holywell Bay and the fact that owners are able to use all of the facilities at Trevornick and it’s wonderful golf course. There’s a lot to love about this place.
Are customers allowed to rent out their lodges when they’re not in use?
Yes, owners are able to rent out their properties as much or as little as they wish, making them not only a brilliant lifestyle choice but also a fantastic financial investment too.
We are totally in love with this gorgeous development and can see why holiday home owners choose to spend their free time here.
