A brand new magazine has joined the park home and holiday lodge industry and we are over the moon to be a part of it. Park & Holiday Home Inspiration is a must read “whether you’re a budding buyer to be or you’ve been living the life of luxury for years”.
In this fabulous four page article they go back to the very beginning of the Prestige Group as well as exploring our launch into the leisure lodge sector. Furthermore, they take a peep inside our Casa Di Lusso & the front cover star, The Glass House.
“The open plan living area is vast, lined by rustic white wash, rough sawn timber walls. The fabrics are in neutral tones that warm the space, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of light. Textures are fabulously contrasting; rough, distressed woods compliment soft gentle green furnishings. You can only marvel at the fully-equipped, country style kitchen, made complete with a feature island breakfast bar.Wrap yourself in splendour and opulence of the master bedroom. Children will be wide-eyed and utterly excited at the prospect of staying in the quirky den-like bunk beds in the second bedroom. Completely unique and truly timeless.”

We can celebrate yet another successful open day hosted along side Right Choice Park & Leisure Homes. Sixty attendees got behind-the-scenes access into Prestige Park & Leisure Homes.
Introductions, nattering, hot beverages and biscuits kicked off the day. A lot of the open day visitors thoroughly enjoy chatting to like-minded people and benefit from talking to others who are at a different stage along their “park home” or “leisure lodge” journey.
Let loose on our sizeable showground, everyone was able take a look at a variety of sizes, colour schemes and layouts. A fantastic ten show homes and lodges were available to view the Glass House, Casa Di Lusso, Breeze House, Navigator Colonial, Buckland, Grand Symphony, Anthem, Sonata II, Acclaim & Affinity.
Lunch is another key part of the day where guests get the opportunity to discuss their stories with others and ask any questions that they may have felt reluctant to in front of a large group. Just look at this fantastic spread…
In our state-of-the-art factory, we do not leave anything a secret. All who attend the tour get to see the build process at every point along the production line. We just love to show off the high standards to which we work. Our Operations Manager, David, leads the tours and encourages the asking of questions throughout.
A Q&A session with the experts is always a hugely valuable part of the day. Have you burning questions answered truthfully by finance advisers, part-exchange specialists, park operators and of course the teams from Right Choice and Prestige.
Positive feedback is flooding in thick and fast. We really do hope to see you on our next open day. To view a list of these events please click here. For more information please call us on 01933 354 000 or email email@example.com

“Affordable housing was on the agenda recently for Kettering MP Philip Hollobone when he met in Westminster with the head of a major park homes manufacturer from his constituency.
Mr Hollobone was the guest of Silvano Geranio, managing director of Prestige & Homeseeker, at the annual conference of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association in London.
Held at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster, just a short distance from Parliament, the event was attended by representatives from many of Britain’s 3000-plus parks and their suppliers.
Prestige & Homeseeker, which is based in Kettering and Rushden in Northants, employs over 360 people, and is one of the park industry’s largest manufacturers of residential homes and holiday lodges.
Mr Geranio, whose business first started out in 1991, outlined to Mr Hollobone how Prestige & Homeseeker properties were able to help deliver affordable housing for older couples.
More than 250,000 people in the UK now live in park homes, he said, and enjoy retirement or semi-retirement in a mutually supportive communities in well-managed surroundings.
Mr Hollobone said he believed that the type of properties made by Prestige & Homeseeker, and the lifestyle residential parks offer, have an important role to play in the government’s housing policy.
The MP also heard from Mr Geranio that planning remained an important factor in determining how residential parks were able to develop and expand in the future.
“We were delighted that Mr Hollobone was able to join us for part of the conference, and to learn more about our business and its impact both locally and nationally,” said Mr Geranio.
“Mr Hollobone clearly recognises the valuable part played by residential parks in allowing elderly folk to maintain their independence in often beautiful semi-sheltered environments,” he added.
Speakers at the conference included former government minister Christopher Chope MP who was chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Mobile Homes in the previous Parliament.”
